I've produced copy for numerous full-scale pages for Ally since 2019, garnering hundreds of thousands in page views per year. Prior to starting each one, I thoroughly research the given topic, understand our intended audience then weave in our brand's voice and tone. Here are examples of a few:

In 2023, I served as the sole content designer conceptualizing a new product offering for Ally Invest, targeting new investors. This involved core strategy decisions all the way to determining exact words and user-friendly ways of explaining complex investing concepts. Here's a look at the account opening flow I produced for that product.

In early 2024, I redesigned the content of our ally.com invest navigation. My main goal was to better educate beginners by providing context with short product descriptions. This design also purposely follows a natural reading order with novice tasks on the left moving to more advanced topics on the right.
